Renovation of the façades and refurbishment of the balconies

The project consisted in renovating the façades and restoring the balconies of a building situated in the historic centre of Varese. Time and bad weather had damaged many parts of the building, to the point that the balconies reinforcements were exposed.

The building cladding is heterogeneous with brick and marble elements, plastered areas and reinforced concrete balconies.

The work restored the building back to its original conditions,  improved the facilities and drain pipes on the façade.
